 By purchasing from this website, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. 

1. Returns/Exchanges/Store Credit

   • Exchanges and returns are accepted on a per customer basis.

   • Most items featured in the Adorn New York store are custom and made to order, therefore we may be unable to accept returns.

   • If you are displeased with your order please contact us within 3 businesss days at info@adornnewyork.com with your order number in the subject.

   • Defective items may receive store credit or be replaced.

   • We reserve the right to deny exchange or store credit if damage is beyond our control.

   • To process the exchange, orders must be sent within 7 business days of delivery.

   • Unless items arrived damaged, exchanges are not accepted.

   • In the event your item is unavailable, Adorn New York Inc. will issue a refund.
